Who We Are

Wantwins Windows & Siding is a referral service. We help homeowners in Mentor and the Mentor area find independent providers for window replacement and siding installation. That is the whole job. We listen, then we make an introduction.

Why We Exist

Starting a home project can feel heavy, especially in an older house. You may not know who to trust. You may worry about what is hiding behind the trim. We built this service so your first step feels calm and clear.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us what is going on. It might be drafty windows, a cracked frame, or siding that has worn thin. We look at your location and the type of project, then connect you with a provider in the network who handles that kind of work.

Our qualified requests focus on window replacement and installation, for two or more windows. Siding projects are welcome too.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in the network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Explain the work in plain language
• Look at the condition of the frame and surrounding area before quoting
• Give a written quote you can compare
• Respect your home and your time
• Hold any licenses or insurance that local rules require

We do not run the jobs. Each provider is responsible for its own work, pricing and schedule.

What We Do Not Do

We do not install windows. We do not put up siding. We do not send workers to your home, and we do not set prices. We also do not promise how fast a provider can arrive, since that varies. You can ask each provider about timing directly.

How We Are Paid

Providers in the network pay a fee when they receive a referral. You pay the provider only for work you agree to in writing. There is no obligation to hire anyone you speak with.

What You Can Do Yourself

Some small jobs are fine for a careful homeowner. You can measure openings, take photos, clear furniture from the work area and note any drafts or soft spots. Removing old frames, handling large glass units and working on ladders at height call for professional tools and skills. A provider can tell you where to help and where to step back.
