How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Wantwins Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How your call or contact with Wantwins Windows & Siding went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If a problem comes up with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Still, we would like to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Wantwins Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@wantwins.property and include:
- Your name and the preferred way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
