When you reach out, you are starting a conversation about your project. Wantwins Windows & Siding listens to the basics and then connects you with an independent provider in the network. After that, your conversation is with the provider.

That person may be a contractor, an estimator or a project lead. Each provider runs its own business. They are not employees of Wantwins Windows & Siding.

What Happens First

Expect a few simple questions. They help match you with the right provider. If you prefer to talk it through, Request a callback to check provider availability and answer them out loud.

• What is the problem? Drafts, fogged glass, stuck sashes, worn siding?
• How many windows are involved?
• About how old is your house?
• Have there been past repairs or replacements?

Keep a few photos handy. They help a provider understand what they will be looking at.

Once you are connected, the provider may ask to visit and take measurements. Look behind the trim together if you can. Older houses sometimes show rot, uneven openings or old patches only once the casing comes off.

What to Ask a Provider

Bring a short list. Here are good starting points:

• Do you work on older frame houses, bungalows or ranch homes?
• How do you handle surprises like rot or out-of-square openings?
• Can you explain energy efficient window options in plain terms?
• What does the written quote include and exclude?
• How do you protect floors, trim and landscaping?
• What happens if you find extra work once the old window is out?
• What licenses and insurance do you carry?

A good provider will answer calmly and clearly. If an answer feels vague, ask again.
